What a deep clean adds
A Basic clean is dusting, vacuuming and mopping, with the bathrooms and kitchen added as you choose. A Deep clean adds the detail that only needs doing occasionally, and it is where the hours go. The upgrade is priced by home size, +$59 for a condo under 1,000 sq ft to +$239 for a house of 3,500–3,999 sq ft, and the rooms you add are done in full detail.
- Baseboards, doors and door frames, switches and handles, in detail
- Behind and underneath anything that slides
- Edges, corners, ledges and buildup behind what moves within reach
- Window sills and tracks, light fixtures and vents within reach
- Light fittings, vents and extractor grilles
- Inside the oven (from +$19), fridge (from +$19), cabinets (+$29) and interior windows (from +$5) only when you add them
Most people book one Deep clean a year. Most people then move to a Basic clean on a schedule, which is cheaper and keeps it there. If you are already recurring, adding the Deep upgrade to a booked visit costs the same size-based price, +$89 for a typical 1,700 sq ft home.

Where the hours go in a Mississauga home
Deep cleaning is priced the same across the city, but it is not the same job everywhere. The three patterns we see most:
Volume: East Credit, Creditview, Central Erin Mills
The work here is quantity rather than difficulty. Bathrooms (+$20 each) and the finished basement (from +$45) are what stretch the day, and both are priced on their own so the total is visible before we arrive.
Detail: Lakeview, Mineola, Port Credit, Applewood
Older stock, some of it 1950s and 60s. Original hardwood, painted woodwork, older tile and grout, and pre-war-style trim with more edges per room. Slower, gentler, and the product matters. This is where a deep clean makes the most visible difference.
Glass: City Centre, Square One, Port Credit towers
Condos are quicker on floor area and slower on everything else: floor-to-ceiling glass, balcony doors, mirrored closets and a bathroom with no window. Sightlines are the whole game in a tower, so the glass and the tracks take the time.
Post-renovation dust is a different job again and is priced differently, see post-construction cleaning in Mississauga.
Spring cleaning, and why it is really autumn
Spring is when people book it, and April and May are genuinely our busiest weeks for deep cleans. But the case for autumn is better. A house that has had the windows open all summer collects a different kind of dust, and getting the oven, the vents and the window tracks done in October means you go into five months of sealed-up winter air with the house actually clean rather than sealing the summer in with you.
Either way, book further ahead than you think for the spring window. March through May fills first, and so do the last three days of any month.

Start with the essentials. Add only what your home needs.
Every Heron clean in Mississauga starts as a Basic clean: dusting and vacuuming. You add the rooms and jobs you want, each with its own published price, and the total you build is the total we charge. Nothing is dropped because a visit ran long, and nothing is added to the invoice afterwards.
- Dusting of every reachable surface: furniture, shelves, sills, ledges, decor, electronics wiped
- Vacuuming of every accessible floor: carpets, rugs and hard floors, stairs included
- Hard floors mopped: hallways, living areas, bedrooms, stairs and landings
For a home that just needs the everyday layer lifted, or as the base you build the rest of your clean on.
- Full bathroom +$20 each
- Powder room / half bath +$12 each
- Kitchen +$25
- Inside oven from +$19
- Inside fridge from +$19
- Inside kitchen cabinets +$29
- Interior windows from +$5 each
- Balcony from +$35
- Finished basement from +$45
- Pets in the home +$25 per visit
Every add-on is priced on its own line. Nothing is added unless you add it.
- Baseboards, doors and door frames, switches and handles, all wiped in detail
- Buildup on ledges, edges, corners and behind what moves within reach
- Window sills and tracks, light fixtures and vents within reach
- Detailed bathroom work where a bathroom is selected: grout, tile, taps descaled, extractor fan
Oven, fridge, cabinets and windows stay separate, so you only pay for the ones you want.
Mississauga cleaning questions
Will the agreed cleaning price increase on arrival?
Choose your rooms and tasks at published prices. We confirm the details and availability by phone. We do not increase the agreed cleaning price on arrival. Extra rooms or tasks are added only if you choose them and agree the price before the work starts.
How much does deep cleaning cost in Mississauga?
The Deep upgrade is priced by home size: +$59 under 1,000 sq ft, +$79 for 1,000–1,499 sq ft, +$89 for 1,500–1,999 sq ft, +$109 for 2,000–2,499 sq ft, up to +$239 for 3,500–3,999 sq ft, on top of the Basic clean. A one-bedroom condo starts at $148; a typical 3-bedroom Mississauga home of 1,700 sq ft is $164 Basic + $89 Deep = $253, then add the bathrooms, kitchen, oven or windows you want at their published prices. Everything is before HST and includes every product and piece of equipment.
What is the difference between a Basic clean and a Deep clean?
A Basic clean is dusting, vacuuming and mopping: every reachable surface and every accessible floor. Bathrooms and the kitchen are add-ons you choose. A Deep clean is a detail upgrade on top of that: baseboards, doors and frames, switches and handles, sills and tracks, fixtures, edges and corners, and detailed work in any bathroom or kitchen you have added. It is priced by home size, from +$59 for a home under 1,000 sq ft to +$239 for 3,500–3,999 sq ft. Inside the oven (from +$19), inside the fridge (from +$19), inside cabinets (+$29) and interior windows (from +$5 each) stay separate with either clean, so you only pay for the ones you want.
How often should I book a deep clean?
Once or twice a year is plenty if you're on a regular schedule, usually spring, and sometimes before the holidays. If nobody has cleaned the home professionally before, start with a Deep clean and go Basic from there.
Do you deep clean condos in the City Centre towers?
Yes, and a lot of them. A one-bedroom condo Deep clean starts at $148 ($89 Basic + $59 Deep upgrade for a home under 1,000 sq ft), then add the bathroom, kitchen and balcony at their published prices. In a tower the time goes into glass, balcony doors, mirrored closets and bathroom fans rather than floor area, which is why the balcony and interior windows are priced per item. We book the service elevator and deal with the concierge ourselves where the building requires it.
Does a Deep clean include the oven, fridge and cupboards?
No. Inside the oven is from +$19 and inside the fridge is from +$19, whichever clean you book, and they are only done when you add them. Inside cabinets is +$29, emptied before we arrive. Deep cleaning is the detail upgrade (baseboards, frames, tracks, fixtures, buildup); it never silently includes the appliances, so a Deep clean without them costs exactly what the calculator shows.
Do you cover all of Mississauga?
Yes. Clarkson, Lorne Park and Sheridan are closest to our base and easiest to schedule. Erin Mills, Churchill Meadows, Lisgar, Meadowvale, Streetsville, East Credit, Creditview, Port Credit, Mineola, Lakeview, City Centre, Cooksville, Applewood, Rathwood and Dixie are all part of the regular week. Malton and the eastern edge need a call first.
What is deep cleaning?
How much does a deep clean cost in Mississauga?
A typical 3-bedroom Mississauga home with two bathrooms and the kitchen is $318 as a Deep clean before HST: $164 Basic plus the +$89 Deep upgrade for 1,700 sq ft, plus the rooms. A one-bedroom condo Deep clean starts at $148.
Do you offer spring cleaning in Mississauga?
Yes. A spring clean is a Deep clean: the Basic clean plus the detail upgrade (baseboards, frames, tracks, fixtures, buildup), priced by home size, with the oven, fridge, cabinets and interior windows added only if you want them. Book it once a year or before the holidays.
