What is included in a recurring clean?
Every visit is the clean you built: the Basic clean (dusting of every reachable surface, every accessible floor vacuumed, hard floors mopped) plus the bathrooms, kitchen and add-ons you chose, at the same published prices as a one-time clean. Nothing is dropped because a visit ran long, and nothing is added to the invoice afterwards.

Every cleaner is background-checked before their first visit, the work is insured to $2 million, and anything missed is put right within 24 hours, free.

Are you insured?
Yes. Heron Cleaning carries $2 million commercial general liability insurance, underwritten by Tokio Marine Canada, for our cleaning and janitorial work. It covers our liability for bodily injury and property damage up to $2 million for any one incident and $5 million in total over the policy year, and the current policy runs to September 13, 2027. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and every cleaner is background-checked before their first visit.
