Condo cleaning priced by bedrooms and home size
Most companies quote condos by the hour or by floor area. We do neither. A one-bedroom Basic clean is $89 whether it is 520 square feet in Cooksville or 700 in a newer City Centre tower, and a one-bedroom-plus-den is still $89. Bathrooms move the price, at +$20 each, dens do not.
There is no callout minimum on top of the condo price either. A $89 booking is a real booking and we take them, which is worth checking before you compare us with an hourly service that will not get out of the van for less than three hours.
What actually takes the time in a tower
Not the floor. A one-bedroom has barely any. The time goes into glass: floor-to-ceiling windows, the balcony door and its track, mirrored closet doors, and a bathroom that usually has no window and therefore an extractor fan doing all the work. Balconies collect more grit than people expect, especially above the tenth floor and especially facing the lake.

This is the part that puts people off booking a cleaner for a condo, and it is the part we handle.
Concierge and access
We can be added to your permanent visitor list, sign in at the desk each visit, collect and return a fob, or work from a lockbox. Whatever your building insists on, tell us once and it is our job to remember it.
Service elevator and loading bay
Some buildings will not let a contractor through the residential lobby with equipment. If yours needs the service elevator booked or the loading bay reserved, we make that call ourselves rather than rescheduling you.
Quiet hours and parking
Quiet hours are common. We book condo work inside your building's window. If the building has paid parking we pay it and charge it at actual cost, agreed with you before we arrive, and difficult access (a long carry, no elevator, loading restrictions) is +$20; the calculator asks about both so nothing lands on the invoice unannounced.
Move-out and PDI
End-of-lease move-out cleans start at $168 for a one-bedroom (Basic $89 + the +$79 move-in / move-out upgrade), with the bathroom, kitchen and appliance interiors added at published prices, and they land on the last two days of the month, so book ahead.
Where the condos are
Four clusters, and they behave differently.
- Square One's towers: concierge buildings, strict loading bays, and a lot of one-bedroom and one-plus-den units starting at the $89 Basic clean.
- Cooksville and the Hurontario corridor. An older mix, including buildings from the 1970s and 80s with larger floor plans and more storage than the new towers.
- Port Credit and Lakeview. Waterfront and near-waterfront. More two-bedroom units, more owner-occupiers, more balconies facing weather off the lake.
- Erin Mills and Meadowvale. Lower-rise apartments and stacked towns mixed into family neighbourhoods, often rentals with a faster turnover than the towers.

Choose your rooms and tasks at published prices. We confirm the details and availability by phone. We do not increase the agreed cleaning price on arrival. Extra rooms or tasks are added only if you choose them and agree the price before the work starts.
How much does condo cleaning cost in Mississauga?
A one-bedroom condo is $89 for a Basic clean, dusting, vacuuming and mopping, and a one-bedroom-plus-den is the same. A 2-bedroom is $105. Then you add what you want: each full bathroom +$20, the kitchen +$25, the balcony from +$35. Mopping is part of the Basic clean. A one-bedroom with one bathroom and the kitchen is $134 before HST, supplies included.
Is the price based on square footage?
Only for larger units. The Basic clean is priced by bedrooms, and homes under 1,500 sq ft carry no size adjustment at all, so a 520 sq ft one-bedroom and a 900 sq ft one-bedroom are the same $89. Above 1,500 sq ft a size adjustment is added as its own line, starting at +$15. Bathrooms are add-ons at +$20 each rather than part of the base price, which is why a den does not change the number and a second bathroom does.
Do you handle the concierge and the service elevator?
Yes. We can be added to your permanent visitor list, sign in at the desk, collect a fob or use a lockbox. If your building requires the service elevator booked or the loading bay reserved for contractors, we make that arrangement ourselves. Tell us your building's rules once and it is on us to remember them.
Which Mississauga condo areas do you cover?

Do you clean the balcony and the windows?
The balcony is its own selection so you only pay for what you want. $35 is the vacuum / sweep: the accessible floor, loose debris and cobwebs. Washing the floor is +$25, the railing +$15, railing glass panels +$5 each (large panels +$10) and the balcony door glass +$10. Interior windows are priced per window, from +$5. We do not pressure wash, and exterior window cleaning above the ground floor is a specialist trade we do not offer.
Is there a minimum charge for a small condo?
No. $89 is what a one-bedroom Basic clean costs and there is no callout fee or minimum on top of a built clean.
