What can your luxury-home clean include?
Choose regular cleaning, a detailed deep clean, post-construction cleaning and optional steam or upholstery cleaning. Every household lives differently. We tailor the rooms, priorities, frequency and optional treatments to your needs, then set out the agreed work in your written quote.
Detailed deep cleaning
Plan a more detailed visit for built-up dust, reachable trim, edges and the rooms that need extra attention. The walkthrough defines the surfaces and work included.
Kitchens, bathrooms & finishing details
Choose the kitchens, ensuites and powder rooms you want cleaned. Appliance interiors, empty cabinet interiors and interior window glass can be itemized separately.
Steam cleaning
Add steam cleaning for suitable surfaces after a material and condition assessment. We check care instructions before agreeing treatment; heat and moisture are not suitable for every finish.
Upholstery cleaning
Arrange cleaning for suitable sofas, armchairs and other upholstered seating. We review fabric care labels, condition, colourfastness and drying needs before confirming the method and quote.
Move-in, move-out & occasion preparation
Prepare the agreed rooms for moving in, moving out, returning home or entertaining. Tell us about guest suites, formal dining rooms and any time-sensitive priorities during the walkthrough.

We use HEPA vacuums with four-stage filtration for every luxury-home cleaning type. The published specifications rate their filtration at 99.97% of particles at 0.3 microns. Regular, deep, move-in, move-out and post-construction visits all use this equipment for suitable vacuuming tasks. The filtration rating describes the equipment, not a guarantee of room air quality.
Fine materials need the right method. Show us stone, wood, delicate fabrics and manufacturer care instructions. We agree suitable work before starting; restoration, high-access work and stain removal outcomes are not assumed.

Post-construction cleaning for luxury homes
Heron provides post-construction and post-renovation cleaning for luxury homes, custom builds and high-end renovations. Once building work is finished and the home is ready for cleaning, we plan the dust removal and finishing details around your new surfaces.
A walkthrough is required before we quote. We review the rooms, remaining dust, residue, access and finish-care instructions, then provide a written scope. Standard post-construction package examples are not a final quote for a luxury home.
HEPA vacuuming for construction dust
Our equipment includes HEPA vacuums with four-stage filtration. The published specifications rate their filtration at 99.97% of particles at 0.3 microns. We use HEPA vacuuming as part of top-down dust removal, followed by damp wiping of suitable surfaces and floor cleaning.
Care for new finishes
Review stone, wood, cabinetry and other new finishes with their care instructions. We assess residue before agreeing a removal method and confirm any areas that need to be left untouched.
Room-by-room finishing
Specify kitchens, bathrooms, cabinet interiors, interior window glass and tracks separately in the quote. Agree the details for handover or moving in, with any steam or upholstery treatment assessed for suitability.
Tell us about remaining trade work and your handover date when arranging the walkthrough. The filtration rating describes the equipment, not a guarantee of room air quality. Heavy debris removal, high-access work and specialist restoration are not included unless agreed separately. Lead and asbestos removal require a qualified specialist.

Familiar cleaners are arranged whenever possible, although staffing can change. We record your rooms, priorities and care preferences in the agreed plan. Confirm the planned team and any changes with our office before your visit.
Privacy and clear access instructions
Agree your rules for photographs, keys, access codes and rooms that are off limits before the first visit. Share access instructions directly with Heron. Customer details are for the accepted work and are shared only with authorized people who need them.
Careful attention to your finishes
Show us natural stone, wood, delicate fabrics and the manufacturer’s care instructions during the walkthrough. We agree suitable methods before cleaning. Artwork, antiques and specialist items stay outside ordinary cleaning unless appropriate expertise and a separate scope are confirmed.
A room-by-room finishing checklist
Include the details you want checked at the end of each visit: mirrors and taps, floor edges, neatly replaced cushions and belongings returned to their agreed positions. Bed-making, laundry and organising are discussed and quoted separately.
One contact who knows the plan
Tell our office about fragrance preferences, pets, work-from-home calls, guest rooms and tasks to rotate between visits. Confirm an arrival window and contact us about changes or concerns. Before booking, ask us to explain who will attend, their screening arrangements and the current insurance coverage.

Do you offer steam cleaning and upholstery cleaning?
Yes. Steam cleaning and upholstery cleaning can be included as separately quoted services after the walkthrough and a suitability assessment. We review the surface or fabric, care instructions, condition and drying arrangements before confirming the method. Not every material can be steam cleaned.
Can you work around delicate finishes and expensive furnishings?
Yes. Tell us about delicate finishes, valuable furnishings and any manufacturer care instructions during the walkthrough. We agree appropriate cleaning methods, handling limits and areas to leave untouched before the work begins. Specialist restoration and conservation are separate from routine cleaning.
Can I book regular visits for my luxury home?
Yes. Across Heron Cleaning, 90% of our customers are recurring customers. We can discuss weekly, bi-weekly or another agreed schedule after the walkthrough. The first visit and ongoing maintenance may have different scopes. Familiar cleaners are arranged whenever possible; specific individuals, staffing and hours are confirmed at booking.
