Privacy and optional analytics

Building a quote
The website calculators work in your browser. Your quote code describes the property type, size, chosen rooms, tasks and frequency. It contains no name, street address, email address, phone number or access code. A quote link includes these cleaning selections in its URL; share it only with people you want to see them.
The home calculator keeps your latest quote in this browser's session storage so you can open it on the booking page. Closing the browsing session or clearing this site's data removes that saved copy. A quote is not a reservation; booking is confirmed by phone.
Booking and contacting us
When you contact Heron, you may provide your name, contact details, service address, cleaning preferences and availability so we can discuss and arrange your service. Access instructions may be needed for the visit. Please provide sensitive access information directly when arranging the service, rather than adding it to a shared quote link.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and arrange and manage the cleaning service. Contact us using the details above with questions about your booking records, how long a particular record is kept, or who needs it to provide your service.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics is off until you choose to enable it in this browser. You can use the prices, calculators and booking information without enabling it. If enabled, Google receives website usage and browser/device information and may set analytics cookies. Heron's analytics events cover page views and actions such as opening booking information or clicking a call link. Heron supplies Google Analytics with a page address that omits your quote code and other URL query information.
Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage. Disabling analytics stops future collection from this browser and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. It does not undo information already sent. Clearing this site's data resets your choice to off.
