Build one task list for every quote
- Write down the bedroom count, bathroom count and above-ground floor area.
- Choose routine upkeep, Deep cleaning or an empty-home move.
- List kitchens and bathrooms explicitly, and ask whether hard-floor mopping is included (it is at Heron).
- Add appliance interiors, window glass, balcony or basement work if needed.
- Confirm first-visit and recurring prices, parking and HST.
For reference, Heron charges $229 before HST, or $258.77 including HST, for this three-bedroom, 1,700 sq ft example with two full bathrooms and kitchen. Oven, fridge and other extras change that total.
