Two branches of one route. Halton Region , Oakville, Burlington and Milton, is our core territory, and we're based in Oakville so that's where availability is best. Mississauga is served city-wide on the same rate card.
Halton Region
Oakville, Burlington and Milton, three cities inside Halton, one team, one rate card and no travel premium between them. Every service we run is available in all three; the individual city pages below carry the full menu, the prices and the local detail.
Oakville
Our home city and where the route starts, so same-week availability is normal. Everything from Uptown Core condos to four-bedroom homes in Joshua Creek. 3-bedroom Basic clean from $149, a typical one $164.
Burlington
All of Burlington, Aldershot through to Alton Village, including the downtown and lakeshore condo buildings. 3-bedroom Basic clean from $149, a typical one $164.
Milton
Every Milton neighbourhood, including the newer builds still going up in the south and west where post-construction work is constant. 3-bedroom Basic clean from $149, a typical one $164.
Oakville
Our home city. Same-week availability is usually possible here. The full service menu and every rate is on cleaning services in Oakville, or go straight to house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out, condos, Airbnb turnovers, post-construction or offices.
Joshua Creek
Newer detached homes in east Oakville, generally on the larger side. A Basic clean with the bathrooms and kitchen added usually runs 3.5–4 hours with our two-person team, and the home size adjustment shows on the calculator.
Upper Joshua Creek
The newest Mattamy builds. We do a lot of post-construction and pre-move-in work here, book two weeks ahead of your closing date.
Glen Abbey
Established area around the golf course, a mix of detached homes and townhomes. Mostly bi-weekly clients.
River Oaks
Established family neighbourhood in central-north Oakville. Typically 3–4 bedroom homes.
Iroquois Ridge
North and south, east Oakville. Close to our base, so we have good availability here.
Bronte
The village and waterfront area, older homes mixed with newer builds, plus a number of condos.
Old Oakville
Heritage homes south of Lakeshore. Older surfaces often need gentler products, which we'll bring.
West Oak Trails
Newer subdivision in north-west Oakville, mostly family homes.
Palermo
West Oakville, newer construction.
College Park
Central Oakville, established.

Mature east-central neighbourhood.
Clearview
East Oakville near the QEW.
Uptown Core

Clarkson, Lorne Park & Sheridan
Right on the Oakville border and the shortest run on our route, so availability here matches Oakville. Mature lots, older detached homes, original woodwork that wants a gentler product.
Erin Mills, Central Erin Mills, Churchill Meadows & Lisgar
Planned family neighbourhoods, mostly three- and four-bedroom homes. The heart of our recurring book on the Mississauga side.
Meadowvale, Meadowvale Village & Streetsville
1970s and 80s Meadowvale stock, newer builds around Meadowvale Village, and the older village houses in Streetsville. Three-floor townhouses are priced by bed and bath, not by storeys.
East Credit, Creditview & Hurontario
Large 1990s detached family homes, often four bedrooms with a finished basement. Usually a Deep clean first, then a standard rhythm.
City Centre, Square One, Cooksville & Fairview
Condo territory, priced by bedrooms. We deal with the concierge, service elevator and loading bay ourselves where a building requires it.
Port Credit, Mineola & Lakeview
Older character homes near the lake plus new waterfront condos, and where most of our Mississauga short-term rental turnovers are.
Applewood, Rathwood & Dixie
Established central-east neighbourhoods, detached homes from the 1960s through the 80s. Basic cleans, recurring plans and a steady amount of move-out work.
Malton & the eastern edge
We do reach here, but it is the far end of the route. Call before picking a date and we'll tell you which day works rather than booking you in and moving you.
