Your quote and booking

An online quote does not reserve a visit. Booking is confirmed by phone. Prices are before HST unless a total including HST is shown. We do not increase the agreed cleaning price on arrival. Additional rooms or tasks are added only when you choose them and agree the price before the work starts.

A price marked “from” needs the indicated condition or scope confirmed before booking. Homes of 5,000 sq ft or more need phone confirmation. Post-construction work is confirmed after a walkthrough. For detached homes over 4,000 sq ft, the calculator shows the hourly minimum separately from the required property quote.

Recurring home visits

Residential recurring service has no contract. Skip or move a visit with at least 24 hours' notice. Call us to make the change and confirm the next visit. Any recurring discount begins on the second visit and depends on the selected schedule.

If something needs another clean

Tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we return to put the agreed cleaning work right at no charge. For hourly bookings, this applies to the tasks completed during the booked time; extra tasks require additional time agreed with you.

Access and parking

Confirm entry, building access and parking arrangements when booking. Paid parking is charged at actual cost and agreed before we arrive. Tell us about building requirements or restricted access when arranging the visit.

Commercial service and walkthroughs

Commercial premises are confirmed at a walkthrough before the service starts. A four-week calculator budget is not a calendar-month invoice. Nightly hours are an estimate until the walkthrough confirms the work. Commercial service uses a rolling 30-day agreement; confirm the applicable change and termination notice requirements at the walkthrough.
