No. Same rate card, same two-person team, no travel premium. A typical 3-bedroom home is $164 for a Basic clean in Mississauga exactly as it is in Oakville, and every add-on costs the same.

All of it. Clarkson, Lorne Park and Sheridan are closest to our Oakville base and have the most availability. Erin Mills, Central Erin Mills, Churchill Meadows, Lisgar, Meadowvale, Meadowvale Village, Streetsville, East Credit, Creditview, Port Credit, Mineola, Lakeview, City Centre, Cooksville, Applewood, Rathwood and Dixie are all part of the regular week. Malton and the eastern edge are the far end of the route, so call before you pick a date.

In Clarkson, Lorne Park, Sheridan and the Erin Mills area, usually within a week. Meadowvale, Streetsville, East Credit and Port Credit are typically a week to ten days. Fridays and the last three days of the month fill first, because that is when end-of-lease and closing-date work lands.

You do not need to be home. Plenty of clients leave a key, a lockbox code or a fob with the concierge. We bring every product, cloth and machine including the vacuum. If you would rather we used something specific of yours, for allergies, pets or a particular surface, leave it out and tell us.

No. A one-bedroom Basic clean at $89 is a real booking and we take them. There is no minimum booking and no callout fee on a built clean, so the number you build is the number on the invoice. (Hourly bookings are the exception: $35 per cleaner-hour with a 3-hour minimum per cleaner.)

Yes, one flat +$25 per visit when there are pets in the home, however many you have. It covers the extra passes pet hair needs on floors, furniture and along baseboards, litter and feeding areas wiped around, and pet-safe products throughout. Choose “pets at home” when you build your clean and it shows as its own line; a typical 3-bedroom home with two bathrooms, the kitchen and a pet is $254 before HST, and the weekly or bi-weekly discount applies to the pets line like the rest of the clean. Post-construction cleans are scoped at the walkthrough instead.

For homes, floor cleaning is part of every Heron clean rather than a separate service: hard floors are mopped in the hallways, living areas, bedrooms and on the stairs, carpets and rugs are vacuumed, and the kitchen and bathroom floors are washed with those rooms when you add them. A Deep clean adds the edges, corners and baseboards. We do not strip, wax or buff floors, shampoo carpets or refinish hardwood. For offices in Mississauga, hard-floor mopping is a priced line on the office estimate, $15 to $35 per visit by floor area.
