Walkthrough required before your quote

Roseland · Shoreacres · Aldershot · Lakeshore
Established neighbourhoods such as Roseland and Shoreacres bring together older homes, substantial renovations and newer custom residences. The age of a home does not tell us how its finishes should be cleaned; the walkthrough lets us review them with you.
Mature streets and varied architecture mean floor plans and finishes differ from one property to the next. Discuss original woodwork, renovated rooms, entertaining spaces and the areas that need detailed attention at each visit.
Explore local cleaning servicesFor homes around Lakeshore Road and the streets leading toward the lake, plan the clean room by room. Include the kitchen, ensuites, finished basement and interior glass you want in scope, rather than relying on bedroom count alone.
Explore local cleaning servicesFor larger detached homes and custom residences, share driveway or gate instructions and any separate entrances. Interior cleaning, upholstery and suitable steam work are agreed individually; exterior grounds and pools are not part of the interior clean.
Explore local cleaning servicesA detailed first clean and a regular maintenance visit may need different task lists. During your Burlington walkthrough, we agree the starting condition, rooms to prioritize and any optional fabric or surface treatment. We then confirm the ongoing frequency and the work you want repeated, including the spaces used for guests and entertaining.
Care, down to the details
Choose regular cleaning, a detailed deep clean, post-construction cleaning and optional steam or upholstery cleaning. Every household lives differently. We tailor the rooms, priorities, frequency and optional treatments to your needs, then set out the agreed work in your written quote.
Keep the rooms you use most on a consistent schedule. Agree the dusting, vacuuming, mopping and selected kitchen and bathroom tasks for your home.
Plan a more detailed visit for built-up dust, reachable trim, edges and the rooms that need extra attention. The walkthrough defines the surfaces and work included.
Choose the kitchens, ensuites and powder rooms you want cleaned. Appliance interiors, empty cabinet interiors and interior window glass can be itemized separately.
Add steam cleaning for suitable surfaces after a material and condition assessment. We check care instructions before agreeing treatment; heat and moisture are not suitable for every finish.
Arrange cleaning for suitable sofas, armchairs and other upholstered seating. We review fabric care labels, condition, colourfastness and drying needs before confirming the method and quote.
Prepare the agreed rooms for moving in, moving out, returning home or entertaining. Tell us about guest suites, formal dining rooms and any time-sensitive priorities during the walkthrough.
We use HEPA vacuums with four-stage filtration for every luxury-home cleaning type. The published specifications rate their filtration at 99.97% of particles at 0.3 microns. Regular, deep, move-in, move-out and post-construction visits all use this equipment for suitable vacuuming tasks. The filtration rating describes the equipment, not a guarantee of room air quality.
Fine materials need the right method. Show us stone, wood, delicate fabrics and manufacturer care instructions. We agree suitable work before starting; restoration, high-access work and stain removal outcomes are not assumed.
After the build. Before you settle in.
Heron provides post-construction and post-renovation cleaning for luxury homes, custom builds and high-end renovations. Once building work is finished and the home is ready for cleaning, we plan the dust removal and finishing details around your new surfaces.
A walkthrough is required before we quote. We review the rooms, remaining dust, residue, access and finish-care instructions, then provide a written scope. Standard post-construction package examples are not a final quote for a luxury home.
Our equipment includes HEPA vacuums with four-stage filtration. The published specifications rate their filtration at 99.97% of particles at 0.3 microns. We use HEPA vacuuming as part of top-down dust removal, followed by damp wiping of suitable surfaces and floor cleaning.
Review stone, wood, cabinetry and other new finishes with their care instructions. We assess residue before agreeing a removal method and confirm any areas that need to be left untouched.
Specify kitchens, bathrooms, cabinet interiors, interior window glass and tracks separately in the quote. Agree the details for handover or moving in, with any steam or upholstery treatment assessed for suitability.
Tell us about remaining trade work and your handover date when arranging the walkthrough. The filtration rating describes the equipment, not a guarantee of room air quality. Heavy debris removal, high-access work and specialist restoration are not included unless agreed separately. Lead and asbestos removal require a qualified specialist.
A quote that fits your home
Luxury, estate and custom homes need more than a bedroom count. We visit the home to review the layout, finishes, condition and requested services before preparing your quote.
The standard online calculator does not provide a final quote for these homes. The walkthrough and written scope come first.
Share the address, approximate size, preferred schedule and whether you want regular care, a deep clean, post-construction cleaning, steam cleaning or upholstery cleaning.
Review the finishes, care labels, access, priorities and areas to leave untouched. Include guest rooms, lower levels and any separate spaces you want quoted.
Review the proposed scope, price and schedule. Team size, visit hours and availability are confirmed when booking; contacting us does not reserve a visit.
Your preferences, written into the plan
A familiar team whenever possible, a personalised cleaning plan and careful attention to your home’s finishes. We record what matters to your household, so your agreed instructions are the starting point for each visit.
The walkthrough is where we turn your preferences into a clear plan: what to clean, what to leave alone and the finishing details to check.
Familiar cleaners are arranged whenever possible, although staffing can change. We record your rooms, priorities and care preferences in the agreed plan. Confirm the planned team and any changes with our office before your visit.
Agree your rules for photographs, keys, access codes and rooms that are off limits before the first visit. Share access instructions directly with Heron. Customer details are for the accepted work and are shared only with authorized people who need them.
Show us natural stone, wood, delicate fabrics and the manufacturer’s care instructions during the walkthrough. We agree suitable methods before cleaning. Artwork, antiques and specialist items stay outside ordinary cleaning unless appropriate expertise and a separate scope are confirmed.
Include the details you want checked at the end of each visit: mirrors and taps, floor edges, neatly replaced cushions and belongings returned to their agreed positions. Bed-making, laundry and organising are discussed and quoted separately.
Tell our office about fragrance preferences, pets, work-from-home calls, guest rooms and tasks to rotate between visits. Confirm an arrival window and contact us about changes or concerns. Before booking, ask us to explain who will attend, their screening arrangements and the current insurance coverage.
