Can you work with my building’s concierge and elevator rules?
Yes, that’s normal downtown. Tell us once how your building runs (sign-in desk, service elevator hours, visitor parking) and it goes in your notes. A familiar team returns whenever possible, so by the second clean they know the drill without asking.
I just downsized, can you be careful with my furniture?
That’s most of our Burlington condo work. The pieces that made the cut from a family home are usually the good ones. We dust and polish by hand around what matters and we’ll ask before moving anything heavier than a chair.

Bathrooms move the time more than floor area does, which is why they are priced per bathroom.
