A one-bedroom with one bathroom and the kitchen is $134 before HST, supplies included.
Can you clean my rental unit between tenants?
Yes. A between-tenants reset is a move-in / move-out clean: the Basic clean plus the move-in / move-out upgrade (+$79 for a unit under 1,000 sq ft), with the bathroom, kitchen, and the oven, fridge and cabinet interiors added as the tenancy calls for. It’s the single best thing a landlord can show at a viewing. If you own a unit near the GO, we can also keep it on a recurring schedule for your tenants.
