Cleaning in Delrex
Delrex is an established Georgetown neighbourhood associated with Delrex Boulevard. The Town lists Delrex Boulevard, Sargent Road and Weber Drive in its Georgetown street information. Confirm the exact service address when booking.
Heron offers Basic, Deep, move-in/out and recurring cleaning here. See the Georgetown service overview for scope details and commercial enquiries.
Can the home stay occupied during a clean?
Yes. Agree which rooms are available and leave the selected surfaces accessible.
Pick up toys, clothing and other loose items so the team can reach the floor. Clear the kitchen counter areas you want cleaned and explain which rooms are in use. Tell us about pets at home when you build the quote, and arrange a secure place for them during cleaning.
For a household working or studying at home, choose a room order before arrival. Cleaning an occupied property does not include organising possessions or deciding where personal items should go.
The pre-visit preparation advice explains how clearing accessible surfaces and setting priorities helps the cleaner use the booked time.
When should you choose Deep instead of Basic?
Choose Deep when the agreed work needs the additional detail and buildup tasks.
Basic starts with dusting, vacuuming and mopping, with selected bathrooms and kitchen added to the quote. Deep adds work such as baseboards, frames, tracks and fixtures through a size-based upgrade. A selected Deep kitchen has its own higher kitchen price.
Describe the buildup and access honestly when booking. Oven, fridge and cabinet interiors remain optional selections. A Deep booking is a one-time service and does not receive a recurring Basic discount.
Read how a Deep clean differs from routine cleaning before selecting the level of detail for your home.
Is a renovation cleanup the same as a Deep clean?
No. Describe the completed building work and arrange the appropriate post-construction scope.
If rooms have been renovated, explain what was changed, whether trades are finished and what residue remains. Tell us about protective coatings and new surface-care instructions. A normal Deep selection should not be used to hide construction dust or additional work.
Agree who will remove building materials and possessions before the cleaning team starts. The scope and access should be settled before the handover date is confirmed.
The after-renovation readiness checklist explains what to finish and remove before the cleaning visit.

Is there an extra charge for this area?
No. All Georgetown addresses use the same published prices with no travel surcharge. Home size, selected rooms and extras determine the cleaning price. Any necessary paid parking is agreed at actual cost before the visit.
