Choose your rooms and tasks at published prices. We confirm the details and availability by phone. We do not increase the agreed cleaning price on arrival. Extra rooms or tasks are added only if you choose them and agree the price before the work starts.
What products do you use for an eco-friendly clean?
Plant-based, biodegradable products with no ammonia, bleach or chlorinated solvents, and microfibre rather than disposable cloths. If you have a brand you prefer, leave it out and we'll use yours instead at no extra charge.
Does green cleaning cost more?
No. Same prices as every Heron clean: a Basic clean from $89, a typical 3-bedroom Milton home $164, and every add-on at its published price. We'd rather eco-friendly be the default than an upsell.
Is it as effective as conventional cleaning?

Is it safe around pets and children?

Yes, everything, at no extra charge. Vacuum, mop system, microfibre cloths and all products. If you'd prefer we use products you've bought (for allergies, pets or a specific surface), just leave them out and let us know.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and put it right, at no charge. No argument and no invoice for the return visit. We'd rather fix it than lose you over something we can redo in an hour.
